Delivery Information

Our premium delivery service is based on twenty tonne loads, and your order will arrive on an 8 wheel tipper meaning we need access to tip our loose loads.

Our vehicle measurements are:
Width: 2.74m
Length: 8.8m
Height: 3.66m
Height when tipping: 7.32m

Please be aware of overhead power lines and trees which may block our access.

If your property has access restrictions please contact us first
before ordering any materials, contact us with your measurements.

An able bodied person has to be at the delivery address to receive deliveries and sign for the delivered materials, however if this is not possible the point of delivery required must be clearly marked. If the point marked for delivery is unsuitable and no-one is on site, delivery will be made to the closest suitable point at the driver discretion.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm. There are no timed deliveries. No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.

Our Return Policy

If the load has been Tipped and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily provide a refund. We will however ask you to arrange for the return of the goods by means of a machine capable of loading our vehicle at your cost. A return charge of £160.00 plus a charge of £5.00 including vat per mile for the return journey back to the yard.

These charges will be taken from the original payment processed by the refund.
